Thanks for responding. However, I don't think that you understand my question.
Very simply, I am trying to open multiple .html files from two different websites that I manage, on the same IMac using the same Dreamweaver CS6 (trial version). All of the files from one website work perfectly. None of the files on the other website will display in Design Mode or Design Live. The main difference in the two websites is that the one that displays correctly does NOT use templates of any kind. The one that will not display any files correctly, all files use .DWT Dreamweaver templates.
This tells me that it is not a Mac problem, or a dreamweaver problem, but probably a setting in Dreamweaver.
In Dreamweaver for PC, I think files are displayed using a "local server". Does Dreamweaver for Mac use a local server?
Could this be somehow related to where the templates are stored?
All of the files were downloaded via FTP using Dreamweaver.
