#1 Did you define a Local Site folder in DW before you began this project?
Without this critical first step, DW cannot manage page links and files assets for you. They will incorrectly point to files:/// on your local computer which nobody can see except you.
Incidentally, your domain name home page must be saved as index.html to your site's root folder.
